We’ll be ready to help at a moment’s notice if you’re suddenly without IT support, or we can cover regular holidays or parental leave: for a few weeks or a few days. It’ll help take the pressure off your internal IT staff – which might be a great help to your team, especially if that team is made up of one person.
Your school is not like its neighbours. And neither are its IT systems. Which means, individual schools need individual tech support to function healthy. With that in mind, we can create an IT support package that perfectly fits your school's IT systems and equipment.
For instance, if you want monthly telephone and email support from our help desk experts, that's fine. Alternatively, if you want one of our engineers on-site weekly to nurture and develop your in-house IT team, it's not a problem.
